My hands and feet are extremely itchy even after an anti histamine please help me

I've had small rashes on my arm at the top
I've also taken metronidazole last week
I still have a fever but is low grade, 38.1

My hands and feet on the bottoms are so so so itchy

Throat was still very sore on Sunday but is calmed down. What should I do? I'm panicking

They are still so itchy that they actually hurt

I'm worrying because I got given another dose of anti biotic which is the third one but I haven't taken it

What would I do
