Hello. Just wondering if anyone can share some light. From around 5pm last night I’ve had this very strange back ache, I got up had a shower and went to eat dinner (I wasn’t feeling hungry at all) I got back into bed hoping it will ease off. Around 8 I started getting theses stomach pains that would come and go every half hour or so (not very painful just like mild cramp) they carried on throughout the night. I got some sleep and woke up and still feeling the same (back ache is just as bad in the lower back and still have this strange stomach ache which I’ve only felt once since being up since 5am! Can anyone help:)

Contact triage, it could be early labour. Is it still regular? Even if its stopped I think you should contact them to make them aware, or contact your midwife, they might want to have you checked over.

My labour pain started in my lower back.

As you've not come back assuming you are being seen by someone but I was going to say the same as @Ispywithmycynicaleye . My second labour was precisely as you described. It could of course bye totally unrelated to that. Hopefully you've been in contact with a local midwife or maternity unit by now x
