I've just found a lump in my breast

It's behind my nipple, slightly smaller than 5p size, feels hard, and if I press against it it moves. I can't get my fingers under it. It doesn't hurt. I've had cysts before and it doesn't feel like a cyst - firmer and less painful. I'm 49 - two DCS aged 5 and 8. I breastfed both for over a year each and really hoped that would help re breast cancer risks.

This is such crap timing during lockdown. DH is asthmatic so we've not left the house for about a month. I'll be trying to contact my GP in the morning, but I'm feeling worried: about what it could be, my DCs and potentially bringing home the virus to DH.
