i have just discovered a lump a few days ago. It is on the outside of my left nostril were the nose curls into the face. That side of the nose is also more swollen than the right.

Painful to touch and hard flesh coloured, no head etc.

I am also feeling dizzy and sick alot.

Any connection?

I have appointment with gp in the morning but I am thinking the worst.

oh, not sure really i think i noticed just before the weekend.

i would have know if it was there before because i put make up on every morning.

i had a mole removed off my back about six years ago which had pre-cancerous cells in it, which is why i get so paranoid.
