Spots on baby’s hand, what is it???

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but yesterday I noticed a couple of white spots on my DD’s hand and there was also 1 on her face. The white one pictured has now popped and the red one above it has now turned white and she has another beside it. Not sure what it could be?? I don’t know if it is something health related or just something like a flea bite? We noticed one on our cat, he has since been treated but could that be a possibility? If she gets more or they don’t disappear, I am going to ring the doctors but thought I’d consult on here first.
DD is only 3 weeks old, bless her.

Doesnt look like flea bites. Do you get baby acne on hands?

Mosscolum congagisum!

Could be erythema toxicum or baby acne, but I've never seen it on the palm like that before, normally on the face/body I think.

(I'm not in any way medically qualified btw)

It's unlikely to be molluscum contagiosum on a 3 week old baby

I’m not sure if you get baby acne on hands. Possibly. But I have no clue, I’m a first timer lol
Defo doesn’t look like molluscum contagiosum (what a mouthful!) or erythema toxicum, but thank you

Hand, foot and mouth although these look more pus-like than I've seen. Does dc have this anywhere else?

Hello, by any chance did you find out what it was? I just emailed my sons dr but he is 11mths old and has one just like it in palm of his hand and one on the bottom of his foot.
