Hi all

Would you be concerned if this bruise appeared on your inner thigh? No known knocks, certainly nothing to cause this anyway. It's roughly 5-7 in length. I first noticed a vague mark on Sunday night. It's not painful or sore.

I do bruise fairly easily but usually something has caused it like banging knee on bed. This is in a weird place to catch on anything.

That seems to have a pattern in it. Could it be a burn?

I bruise like this all over sometimes. I had to spend a very hot summer in leadings concerned about what people might think.

It usually means I'm anaemic.

DD was getting lots of unexplained bruises a few months ago but it turned out she was anaemic. Daily iron supplements (floradix or similar) sorted it for her.

I think one bruise I would ignore but I bruise like a peach, if more unexplained ones pop up you should get it checked out.
