Which is a good prescription delivery service to use (England)?

We need to get prescription deliveries set up for 5 over-70s relatives, maybe we'll set it up for ourselves too depending on the costs. Our relatives can all use the internet and phone to organise it with instructions but we don't know which service to recommend. Can anybody let me know the process, costs and recommend any particular services please? (And do any of them deliver extras like vitamins or paracetamol?)
