has anyone ever had it need advice

I have been given gel to take and i cant as soon as its in my mouth i puke up

i have to use 5ml of this stuff and keep it in my mouth for as long as poss but cant do it

Yeap i had it when I had mastitus and afterwards...

if you have anti-biotics it will eventually go I find the herbal supplement acidopolis (sp) from Holland & Barrett after a course of antibotics helps...

Its also common if you are run down...so lots of healthy fruit n veg, and pro-biotic drinks and yougarts.
