Help really worried about serotonin syndrome - any pharmacist about?

I had to have a colonoscopy yesterday. I told staff a number of times I am taking sertraline. I was administered 3mg Midazolam, Fentanyl, and Buscopan at 5:00pm . I’ve now read that Fentanyl can react with sertraline.I took my normal dose this morning and now really worried.

I had this a couple of times until I worked out what combination of drugs was doing it. It happened quite quickly for me and passed after I threw up (projectile ... nice!). Pounding head and heart for a bit and feeling sick and faint so I went to bed for an hour or so and felt fine after. Not a doctor just my experience

The fentanyl will be well out of your system now, shouldn't be a worry.
