What could these symptoms be? Numb hand, spaced out and tiredness

Six months ago I had an "episode". Sudden feeling like I was spinning, followed by numbness in my left hand which moved up my arm, neck and face. Lasted a few hours and was followed by two days of exhaustion.

Nothing since until a recent episode of feeling a bit spaced out, followed by a numb hand, briefly my upper arm, and then the same tiredness again.

Had a brain mri which was clear. Cardiologist has done a light touch review which again was clear.

Any ideas?

It could be a type of migraine. Or, have you had blood tests to rule out things like anaemia and deficiencies?

Hemiplegic migraine. Get your blood tested, as pp says. Keep a diary of triggers if it happens again.
