title says it all really - last week he had a spot on his forehead, this week he's got one on his nose. Apart from these 2 spots his skin's been fine, no blackheads or enlarged pores or anything. Both dh and I had the usual scattering of teenage spots but my sister had proper acne which really dented her self-confidence and I desperately don't want that to happen to ds Is this the start of acne (eek) and should I be doing anything about it?
