Do they actually work, cos I feel like I need a bucket-ful of them at the moment.

They do for me - the night-time ones are great for helping me sleep at night when i get really stressed.

Whats wrong?

DrNortherner · 03/09/2007 19:50

I've heard they are bad to take if you drive - they slow down your reactions.

REscue REmedy is much better.

I dont drive so it wont affect me (i 'spose)

They don't make any difference at all when I take them. I find Rescue Remedy more effective.

Hi

I used to find rescue remedy worked well. Kalms didnt used to work very well for me.

brandnewhelsy · 03/09/2007 20:28

I used to take quietlife and preferred them to Kalms. IMO the effect lasts longer than rescue remedy.
