Recurrent tonsillitis

My 3 and a half-year-old DS has yet another bout of tonsillitis today, his sixth or seventh in the last couple years. It's getting to the point that I see him with a stuffy nose and KNOW that tomorrow I'll look in his throat and the tonsils will be infected again. Poor little guy always winds up on antibiotics and misses out on nursery school for several days.

Anyone else's children been through this and NOT wound up with a tonsillectemy? Any advice?

No Advice chick,

But if i was you i'd get your DS on waiting list for a tonsillectemy.

I suffered alot upto the age of 20, was practically getting Tonsillitis everymonth and best thing going into surgery.
If my DD ever gets it, then i want her straight on the list!
