Me too! I had been thinking it was still a hormonal thing (ds is 13 mos) but it just keeps falling out!!! My hairdresser commented on it yesterday.

And it is all over the house. Ick.

It's that moulting time of the year. I washed my hair in the bath the other night - big mistake! When I was running my fingers through my hair to free the tangles I was coming away with whole clumps. I think it is worse because it is the first proper moult since having DS.

WHAT!!!! I didn't know there was a season for hair loss. Mine is still falling out since having DS3 lasy year.

Adding a hair loss season to my already alarming hair loss scares the life out of me!

Hulababy · 02/10/2004 09:17

Since having DD 2yo my hair falls out loads. That's the hardest part of my house work - getting rid of my hair in the bathroom.

As I have quite a lot of hair it isn't too bad - I don't look bald yet!

Mine has been coming out in handfuls since DD (now 15 months) - didn't happen or wasn't noticeable after DS. Hairdresser tells me no bald patches - it's breaking not coming out - so i have lots of silly short sticky up bits. Hairdresser also tells me October and March are the main months for hair loss! Hoover brush could have fashioned a wig - it's everywhere! Now i know why i had it all cut off after having DS!

Phew, I have been losing lots of hair too and been really worried but embarrassed too. Everytime i wash it the plug hole fill up and when i brush it the brush is full too. I think it looks more cos it is long.. or at least i hope that is the reason. Starting to panick all over again!

JoolsToo · 21/10/2004 15:25

a plague of bald MNers - how alarming

WigWamBam · 21/10/2004 16:15

You can add another one to your list because mine is clogging up the plughole too! Thank heavens it's not just me

lou33 · 21/10/2004 16:16

Mine does it all year round essbee, handfuls of it, esp after a shower.
