have used neti pot to flush with for ages......may try nasopure as it has a bit more oooomph to it iykwim

my gp gave me prednisilone after the failure of anti biotics...
hope this isn't the case for you....

steroid sprays
steroid drops
steam inhalation
decongestants
and rum

.....but i'm sure you'll be fine!
