Can you tell me about the symptoms of a prolapsed womb? I think I may have one.

Can you keep a tampon in?
Actually, I've not had it, but just bumping this up I think you'll get some replies from the more experienced.

I got a prolapse in the middle trimester of pregnancy. Something to do with hormones. Righted itself about month.

When I was sat, I could feel I was sitting on something. A bit like a tampon not in properly IYSWIM.

Just wanted to agree with themoon.....mine was moderate (had a bit of physio),felt graggy and like your tampon was half way down, pressure feeling..urging to pee alot and quite uncomfortable during sex.....erm the best way to check is to have a looksee in a mirror or have a feel around up there.....your cervix will feel like the tip of your nose.Major prolapse is when your cervix is visable at the entrance of your vagina.
Pelvic floor exercises are a must!
