Bone marrow oedema Following plantar fasciitis

I’ve been diagnosed through MRI with bone marrow odema following chronic plantar fasciitis and THAT followed a ruptured Achilles’ tendon.

Feeling V depressed as consultants want me back in a boot for a month

I can’t find that much information online
I can do fill bed rest for a week if it makes it faster, holiday at the end of the month and feeling a bit desperate but not much info
Online and what’s there seems to be quite contradictory.

Sorry so any ideas? Surely if I keep off my foot completely I’ll recover much faster?

I cant advise but I currently have plantar fasciitis and it is so painful.
Hope you feel better soon.
