5 years of chronic pain...only getting worse

I have had OA for 5 years. I'm early 20s and my pain is getting worse as the years go on. The pain is having a massive impact on my mood - to others I seem bubbly and outgoing but instead I feel so frustrated and low in mood due to the pain.

The pain is horrendous this evening, I'm in tears.
There are days I wish I could chop the limb off...

osteoarthritis in your early 20s?

Do you see any specialists?

You need to get investigated properly, it could be a type of inflammatory arthritis. Have you ever been reffered to a rheumatologist?

Answer depends on a few things... are you already under specialist care?

I feel your pain tho, I’m 26 and have had a diagnosis of hEDS and fibromyalgia, as well as chronic fatigue, for 9 years. It sucks.
