really headachey and sicky.

feeling worse ebcause dd1 told me to go and have a nap and she will look after dd2+3 for me. she is 7.

yes SGK i made myself unwell.

i think its just extreme tiredness kicking in. even though i slept 9hours last night.

Have you had enough to drink - and I mean water not alkyhol! Maybe you are feeling dehydrated that can make you feel sick and headachey. Hope you feel better soon! And bless your dd1 - what a little love!

i dont think i have [blu8sh][ have drunk a small glass of milk and two cups of tea only.

just had another big glass of water, and two paracetamols, will take some neurofen in an hour if i dont feel better.

have said i am not doing dinner, so the kids have opted for pizza. they are a bit disappointed as they love my sunday roasts.
