Had tonsillitis now dry cough palpitations sore ribs

I've got another doctors appointment later today.
I was given 5 days of antibiotics for tonsillitis last week. Since finishing those I've had a dry cough, sore ribs, palpitations and dizziness. Is this still tonsillitis or something else? Very fed up now.

Not sure about the tonsilitis but it's likely the cough and chest are related ,I had the bug before Christmas and my chest ached like nothing due to the cough. Sorry I can't help more.

What did the dr say OP? As I’ve got this now, and being 11 weeks pregnant tomorrow isn’t helping ! 😩
