health clubs at canary wharf - the Reebok one in particular

Does anyone have any experience with the Reebok club or the Virgin (is it Virgin now?) club? I'm looking to join somewhere in Canary Wharf or around E London with a decent pool open for lane swimming in the mornings, decent equipment and, ideally, Pilates classes and treatments (massages and pedicures in particular).

Not asking for much, I know... I looked at Mile End Leisure Centre, but the pool times were too restrictive.

Thanks.

have you checked the price
Virgin Canary Wharf is $$$ I think I recall it being 120 pcm!

It is pricey, isn't it? I like the Reebok club because it seems like there's no contract. I think I'm going to try Ironmonger Row baths as I'm quite close to that and they have Turkish baths (bliss).

(Haven't tried yet as my swimsuit hasn't arrived and old one doesn't fit - in the good 'doesn't fit' way, luckily)

Thanks jura! That was exactly what I was looking for. I'd really like to try it - am scared it will be full of perfect looking people though.

Maybe if I lose some weight first.

I used to go there pre DS. It was rather nice. Wasn't 120 pcm then though, but that was 4 yrs ago...
