This is the first time I am buying private hearing aids in this country and have no clues as to where the best place to go is and what aids to get (ie which brands are top of the range, which are ok, which are dodgy cheap brands etc). I am looking for some CIC aids as am very self conscious about the overall look. Have had Widex brand before and they were ok (bought them in Ireland). Have been to specsavers and they recommended the Starkey Rhapsody. No idea if these are actually any good. Are there any other places I can get some good advice from . Local audiologist in the area looks dodgy - run down building etc..makes me not want to go there. Any advice anyone??
