I have generalized anxiety and also health anxiety so I do tend to over react to minor things.
Yesterday morning noticed this mark on my left breast and ofcourse google says it's breast cancer, specially a rare aggressive one called IBC. The mark is still there, I'm trying to convince myself it's just a spot but it's a bit odd looking.
It's not right? I'm just being stupid? Talk me off a ledge please
