Hi, does anyone know if a hospital will give out info to next of kin over the phone?
My step dad is in a&e waiting to be admitted to a ward, he's on morphine so is asleep and we can't contact him to find out any info. My mum is going crazy and for various reasons can't get to the hospital tonight and we're all too far away to go there and check on him ourselves.
Does anyone know if she rings will anyone be able to tell her how he is and if he's on a ward yet?
