My dh has ankylosing spondylitis and finds it virtually impossible to get a good night's sleep. We are looking to get a new mattress as ours is quite uncomfortable even with a mattress topper. But I have no idea where to even start. There's just so many different kinds to choose from. I was hoping someone here might have some suggestions :)
