DD is 5 months .. she has never been sick / posseted at all .. all burps have just been dry

today however she keeps burping and bringing up bits of milk .. like every ten minutes or so .. she's otherwise well in herself .. its probably just connected to teething right?

It doesn't sound too sinister - probably teething or a little tummy bug type thing. The main danger from small babies vomiting is that they can become dehydrated but it doesn't sound like she is bringing enough back for that to be a possibility. You could try giving her small sips of cooled, boiled water. You don't say if she is breast or bottle fed - tummy bugs are fairly rare in breast fed babies. Just see how she goes, if you are worried tomorrow take her to your GP. If she seems to get worse - becomes listless, if her fontanelle seems sunken, then call a doctor tonight.

It really sounds like something and nothing though - hope she stops soon

Sorry - didn't notice your original post was this morning - hope she's picked up during the day.

Possibly, although both of mine did this all day every day. As long as she is fine in herself and the sick is only bits I wouldn't be too concerned. Just get used to having sick on your left shoulder all the time!!
