When do Milk spots go away?

Ds2 is 11 weeks and still has a few on his face - look a bit ugly and I was wondering when they disappear? They remind me of those ones you can get around your eyes - very hard to shift, won't squeeze, just hard little lumps of white stuff.
I don't want to piggle them however tempting as it will hurt!

Can't remember when they go but sure it won't be too much longer. DONT be tempted to pick or squeeze, i know the temptation is high tho!
