Enlarged red blood cells one week, all clear the next?

I recently had a blood test which came back as having enlarged red blood cells. Had a second blood test about 10 days later to check thyroid and B12 and full blood count came back all normal. I was almost relieved when first blood test came back with an issue as I've been so tired recently. Not sure where to go from here. Anyone else experienced similar or can anyone explain why they'd be enlarged one minute and fine the next?

Was this your mch or mcv? How high was it? I've read that a high mch change caused by an infection so could explain why it would go back to normal. What was your b12 results?

Thanks for replying. I don't know actually as the receptionist just said the results were all normal. I guess I'm going to have to make any appointment with the Doctor.

I was told by an hcp that sometimes blood results do get mixed up so do see Gp to clarify and double check?
