Any clues? Dermatitis? Lumps on hands photos

So I've been getting these lumps on my hands since November and they're getting worse.

I initially thought hand foot and mouth but no fever, cold symptoms etc and they didn't blister.

Since then I've been stumped. They come up little angry red prick marks and hurt for about 24-48 hours. Then just linger angrily. Every now and then they get scratched by accident and bleed a little bit but other than that they don't come to a head, have a mark or blister. They're suddenly very itchy tonight.

I've asked a chemist who said pomphlox dermatitis so I've been using e45 and a barrier cream and I'm waiting for a doctors appt. Three week list.

Anyone had similar? Any recommendations?

I get this and need steroid cream. You can buy it otc from the pharmacy so I’d go back and say what you’ve been doing hasn’t helped and what else can they recommend.
