Anyone else suffering with hayfever?

Over the last week or so I have been really suffering with sore itchy eyes & sneezing fits. It seems to have flared up since we had all that rain strangly enough, and it is not getting any better.
Is anyone else suffering? If so, have you found anything good to relieve the symptoms?

Not alone - DH has been suffering this week too. I'm lucky in that I don't really get it but he has been really brought down by it again.
We have been putting it down to the 'dryness' of the weather after all the wet in combination with harvesting.

I never really suffered with it until a few years back, and thought I had escaped it this year up until last week.
I have been taking Piriton, which gives a little relief, but wondered if there was anything more effective.
Your DH has my sympathy - it is horrible!
