Scar / incisional endometriosis and getting pregnant again...

Hi all,

So to cut a long story short, I had an emergency C-section 3.5 years ago and then this year went to my GP about pain/a lump near my scar and after various scans and examinations it is believed that I have either endometriosis or an adhesion on my scar following the c section. Not 100% confirmed but they're pretty sure it could be endo (pain is worse during period).

My consultant said they could either operate or I could just wait and see what happens. I opted for the latter as wasn't keen on invasive surgery if it wasn't life threatening.

However now am concerned about whether it could cause complications conceiving / being pregnant / giving birth a second time - we would like to try for a second this year.

My consultant didn't seem to think it would be an issue (I did ask the question), but does anyone have any experiences of this / advice they could give me?

Many thanks in advance!
