my puffy ankles.....

swell up mostly in the heat and also when im on my feet all day.

Ive had puffy ankles since i was pg with Dd who is now 2.10yrs old and midwife kept an eye on it when i was pg cos ive got High blood pressure.

will i forever have puffy ankles??

have u had them checked since?

I also have high bp and got very swollen when pg, (couldn't wear my rings from 12 weeks).

my ankles have never been back to their pre pg state, they're ok in the morning but by the end of the day I have no ankles to speak of and sausage toes.

that's probably not much help is it, but am swollen in sympathy.

lady - no i havent had them checked since then but ive had my blood pressure taken twice and is all ok.

aww poor wooden. mine isnt that swollen but its just on the outside of my ankles as the insides looks fine
