Testosterone levels! Any GPs/health professionals out there?

DP has been struggling with fatigue, mood swings, depression, low sex drive, early hair loss, weight gain. He is 29.

Blood tests initially showed an abnormally low testosterone level, so low that the GP thought there was an error.

Phoned today for results of test no 2, all we were told 15.8 which is normal. But 15.8 what? And is it normal? Google doesn't seem to think so!

Does anyone have any experience of having a partner with low testosterone? How did it affect them?
