Boil on top of my ear

I’ve got a boil on my ear, where my ear joins my head. I’ve had it for about a year and every week I squeeze the pus out and cover it with TCP. It keeps refilling though. Was hoping it might self resolve. Any tips for home treatment or should I get anti biotic?

Go and see a dr. It might not be a boil. I had a lump on my face that turned out to be skin cancer.
