Why am I so tired all the farking time, anyone know of a kick ass tonic?

I could quite easily fall asleep right now

was in bed at 10pm

About 3 months ago I was very run down, had a weird sore throat thing and suspected glandular fever (wasn't in the end)

or am I just old?

It took years to dx my underactive thyroid as I have secondary, not primary (normal TSH which is the only t function test done by GP, have to see a consultant to get T3 and T4 tests.)

I have the nausea in ams too, have done preg test somtimes as felt so rough.

GF highly recs pharmaton, but it makes me vomit. Actually most vits make me sick, normally about 30mins+ after.
