I love all things I'm now not allowed.
Pasta, bread, biscuits, crackers, sauces.
I usually grab a cereal bar on my way to work. Crackers at lunch or a sandwich. I'm a quick cereal eater on the run.
What about gravy for my car dinner. Also eating out?

Who did your testing and is it a genuine intolerance? Sorry to probe but lots of health stores and homeopaths do this kind of testing and almost always tell people they're intolerant to gluten. For most people that's obviously not true.
However if this is a genuine, medical diagnosis then I'm sorry to hear that and I hope you get some good advice.

M&S is your friend. Their gluten free range is excellent. Also Tesco free from is very good. Their dark chocolate covered ginger biscuits, carrot cake and other cakes are better than the ordinary ones. Cook have a very good range of gluten free options. I don't find eating out a problem, most pubs and restaurants can cope. Gravy etc use cornflour. It takes a bit of thinking about to start with but you soon get used to it. Oh yes, and M&S gluten free fish fingers are to die for.
