DD 2yo has about 30 little splinters in her arm,dh took her to the chemist and the pharmacist said that there were too many to try and get them out with a needle and gave us Magnesium sulphate paste. I put it on last night took it off this morning and it doesn't seem to have made any difference, should i put more on and how long should it be left on.Or does anyone have any other ideas on how to get them out.
