4 month old diarrhea?

Hi there. I wondered if anyone could offer some advice for my 4 month DS. He normally has bowel movements once a day, but yesterday and thru' last night he was having many - about 6 in the last 24 hours. He seems fine in himself, no temperature, but perhaps a bit more tired than usual. Should I be concerned and take him to the docs?

Hi, I would give the doctors a call young babies can very quickly dehydrate, so this may be the reason why he is tired, definatly call your doctor, but for the time being make sure he gets plenty of fluids.

thanks for the advice - just called and they've asked for stool sample. now 5 months ago this would've freaked me out - oh how motherhood changes you! thanks again
