Dizzy spells and more

Have been having dizzy spells over the last few weeks - not when standing up - but as I begin to lie down or turning my head in bed...has anyone had anything similar? Had a hot flush episode yesterday and waist line expanding ever so slightly...also started listening to Radio 2. Worried aged 44 these might all be menopause symptoms?

I would get dizzy spells checked out at the doctor, as far as I know, not menopause symptoms.

On a lighter note, listening to Radio 2 could be a sign, although I prefer Radio 4

Will get a doctor to check out the dizziness. It doesn't happen all the time. And no, incase anyone is wondering, its not after that extra glass of rose either!
