hello all,
last friday, nearly a week ago, after some long walk, suddenly i felt a sharp pain starting from my heel to near toes.
it ended near toes, and now i am having pain when i am walking.
i went to drs, he prescribed iburofen 400 mg 3 times a day.
i was taking ad's and ramipril so when i took iburofen then suddenly i had bad pain on my left arm muscle one night.
its been a week as i said, yesterday, we decided to stop all meds.
last week i had to do all long walks again (i am single mum) taking my dd to club doing shopping, do housework, so i didnt have time to rest it.
today i still have pain there on top of my foot near toes, i guess there is a nerve trap there due to strain (dr thought the same)
how shall i recover it?
its a bit swallon there today.
it is worrying me as i am a single mum, i need to be healthy.
it happened before in january, i was at home so it recovered quickly in 1 day, but this took more than a week.
nerve trap, how long does it take to recover? how can i treat it (putting ice on it?)
thanks in advance.
