Is this hand foot and mouth? I'm 36!

I've suddenly put together what I thought were unrelated issues and wonder if I've got a case of HFM? Is it very mild or is it just getting started? Is a chesty cold related? Timeline:

Wednesday: start to develop mild cold symptoms - runny nose, blocked sinus, sore throat, ear ache
Thursday: wake up with small, hard, red blister on left thumb.
Friday: wake up with same on right forefinger.
Saturday: wake up with large painful blister/mouth sore on tongue. Have also developed a tight feeling chest and feels tickley when I take a deep breathe, makes me cough when breathing deeply.
Sunday: develop another blister at back of mouth plus 4/5 red spots with white tips on roof of mouth. Chest still feels bad. Temp of 38.5

It's all pretty minor, am sure I can treat at home but is it HFM? Any tips? I've never had any chest complaints before - anything to look out for?

Sounds like it could be - my husband got it when our dd had it. Should pass in a few days, but it's not the most fun! Hope you feel better soon.

Do you have kids?

Sounds like it could be HFM

I do have kids - but they are both fine.

No more blisters have appeared anywhere but I've had a fever for two days now and my chest is still tight/uncomfortable.
