If my bloods came up pod for celiac and now going for an endoscopy. What if?

The endoscopy says negative. Why would bloods say positive? Anyone know?
I had no symptoms, just low iron as apparently celiac causes anaemia.
I sometimes experience lower abdominal aches, like period pain.

I knew someone who had this. They said they felt it was coeliac anyway and he went gluten free. You can get false positives but it’s unusual. Are you eating wheat at the moment? It’s important to eat wheat in the run up to the tests so you don’t get a false negative.
