MMR after effects - is it normal

Just wanted some advice/reassurance. DS had MMR on Tuesday evening and was fine until today.
He is not himself at all. He is not eating anything, whinging, misbehaving and has small rash on tummy. I know the rash is normal but just worring now. Did anybody else have after effects with their DD or DS.

don't worry, just make sure there is no high temp-if there is, give calpol.

DS has just had his (Thurs) - I was told they could be generally under the weather, crotchety etc at any point up to 7 days after the jab and that this was normal. But he's teething and at the grumpiest he ever has been so how I would tell I don't know...
