This is something I’m suffering more and more with never had anything wrong up to 40 but last 5 years got gradually worse
I’m not on top of it, I know my worst case scenario would be feeling stressed stomach knotted and eating a big fried beige meal that scenario would take me 4/5 days to recover from
I suffer dreadfully from PMT stress and negativity so knotted stomach can be a regular thing but in this episode I’ve not eaten lots of junk yet I’ve suffered for 4 days and no sign of settling
I discovered peppermint teas and capsules this year and I do think they help a little but not enough.
How can I help myself more? we’re going away for a few day’s in a few hours it would be great if there was something I could buy now that would nip it in the bud but I’m also looking at anything that you think might help
