Update on Peter?

I logged on for the first time a couple of days ago and got part way through reading a thread from a lady whose DP/DH called Peter was having a transplant operation either yesterday or today. Does anyone know if there is any news? My thoughts are with the family.

lots of threads under chat. the latest is that the operation went ahead and it was looking good. we have all been singing abd dancing about it - they have waited so long. so nice that oldies and newbies alike care

After waiting for over two years for his transplant, it went ahead, he appears to be recovering very well and is pink.
