I feel like I am going through menopause (I'm 31!)

So, I am 31, I have a 2 year old and I feel very strange.

I'm excessively tired, to the point I sometimes nap on my lunch breaks at work (I sleep 8h at night) and also forgetful / mind foggy.
My boobs have shrunk A LOT in the past month, they now feel "soft" whereas before they've always been quite firm and large - 30H.
My periods are all over the place, sometimes no pain at all, sometimes awful, sometimes 3 days long, sometimes 9 days long.
I get bleeding randomly sometimes in the middle of my cycle (I have an ultrasound coming up to check this)
I suffer from hormonal migraines all of a sudden (never even suffered from headaches before) that knock me out for 2 days.
Sex drive is non existent apart from if I'm having my period, then I get 1-2 days of feeling a bit frisky.

I've had a standard blood test which didn't show anything. Thyroid has been checked and nothing out of range.

I've been to my GP 2-3 times about this (although I've not said - look am I peri/menopausal) and she's stumped.

Do I need to ask for a hormone blood test?
Any advice V much welcome.

Have you had your vitamin D tested? I was feeling some of what you are so I had it done privately. It was about 28, so full on deficiency. I've managed to get it to 73 in one month - had repeat bloods last week. So consider that as a possibility along with iron

Was about to suggest getting your Vit D and your B vits checked. Low readings can mimic menopause.

Thanks for these responses!

I've had my iron checked and it was all fine. Next up is vitD and B12, so maybe the answer could lay there.
