Any doctors / nurses about to tell me if these cholesterol levels are worryingly high?

Cholesterol .....5.7

LDL cholesterol.....3.9

Non HDL cholesterol.......4.4

I had a test done privately & they’ve advised me to contact my GP, so worrying now.

Any help greatly appreciated ( I will contact my doctor but it’s so hard to get an urgent appointment)

I'm not a nurse but I do have a genetic condition (FH) which means my body cannot rid itself of the bad cholesterol so I attend the lipid clinic at hospital with my DC regularly for cholesterol tests. My understanding is that ideally your overall cholesterol levels are around 4 and your bad cholesterol is 2 or under, something like that, so you're levels dont look too bad. Your gp will either give you dietary advice or depending on their opinion of your results do tests to investigate or start you on a statin.
My overall cholesterol is currently 10.4 Blush
