Anyone prescribed Vitamin D by doctor?

Got told my B12 and Vitamin D is low so am on injections for B12, was given capsules for Vitamin D, Fultium-D3 800.
It says take 5 daily, does this mean take all 5 together or spread out during the day? The pharmacist didn't say, just thrust the packet into my hand after asking my address.

What's the dose? I was on a really high dose for a month then it tapered right down. It was 20,000 iu daily iirc.

I'd ring the surgery and ask them to clarify though!
