Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?
For a couple of days I've had a really strange cold feeling at the back of my throat, almost like I've had a mint or swallowed some toothpaste. It isn't painful of sore, it just feels almost exactly like the sensation you get when you've eaten something minty or menthol flavoured.
Does anyone have any idea of what it might be?
Thank you in advance, I do have a bit of health anxiety so my mind is really racing at the moment that it's something serious 😢
