Toes curling/cramping temporarily

Does anyone know what I mean? Sometimes - and it seems to happen more at night when I'm in bed but has happened in the day time too - it's like my toes curl up and it hurts and it's like they get stuck like that for a bit. I might manage to straighten them, but there is resistance and they usually curl back up again right away. It's never a long term thing, it doesn't last more than maybe 30 minutes maximum. I remember it happened a lot when I was a child too.

I've been seeing the doctors about chronic pain, fatigue and spasm type things in other parts of my body and they've said that I am hypermobile. I'm wondering if this toe thing could possibly be connected and worth mentioning or if it is a normal thing that happens to most people from time to time. Also just interested for my own curiousity.

I get this.
I take magnesium for it, makes it happen a lot less.

It's just cramp in your toes and most people have experience of it. Painful but nothing out of the ordinary.

Tongue cramp now that's freaking awful. Serious pain.
